Agile on the Beach began in 2011 and is a leading annual two-day conference held in Cornwall that promotes creative and technical thinking and the use of Agile methodology. I was asked to create a brand identity for the event and have been working with organises since 2011. In that time I have created a range of branded material including social media graphics, programmes and folders.
The idea behind the identity combines the agile methodology of refinement and iterations, with a beach shell. The font I selected, courier, was chosen to highlight the sector Agile is primarily used in, which is software and programming. The colours I selected are bright and engaging and relate to the beach theme.
A series of icons were created for each track at the conference, these icons used the logo shape as a container.
